A group of diverse community connectors who assist individuals within the Gufton and Sharpstown neighborhood in accessing resources in Education, Housing, Health and Employment.
They establish relationships with local organizations to better serve clients and create new opportunities. They also attend professional development sessions to enhance their knowledge base about organizations that can help the Gufton and Sharpstown community.
