Jane Long academy park & Playground

Sitting on 12 acres of green space, the largest tract of green space outside of Gulfton’s main park of Burnet Bayland, Jane Long Academy is a perfect spot for a SPARK park. Serving three schools – Las Americas Newcomer School, Jane Long Middle School and Jane Long Futures Academy – this SPARK park will serve over 1,000 students each day and provide access to the wider neighborhood for organized sports, walking and running clubs, basketball, playgrounds for young and old and act as a simple respite from the hubbub of a dense urban neighborhood.
